Crown Chiropractic is at 13421 Parker Commons Blvd Unit 102, Fort Myers, FL 33912. Our hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 to 6:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 5:00, and Saturday from 8:00 to 1:00, with Friday by appointment. We are closed on Sunday. What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit starts with a conversation about your health history and what brought you in. One of our doctors will listen to your concerns and complete an assessment so your care is based on your individual needs, then walk you through what they find. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete your new-patient paperwork.
